Kfc ottery

So this morning around 10 in the morning I went to Kfc ottery shop, I got there to a note stating that they will open at 12, so when I got there after 12 the note had change to 12:45. This is very inconveniencing and to drive up and down waisting petrol and spending my time of work just to get to the shop and told they are closed 2 time in one day.
