KFC Ormonde Terrible Servicw

Ordered food through KFC Ormonde, firstly my wife called to place an order directly with The store directly and was told to fetch the order. When I got there the lady told me to join the queue to place on order yet this was confirmed on the phone. We then ordered through Mr delivery at the 19:45. The food only came at 20:45. We received the order with wrong pieces selected as well as no gravy for the pap. Who eats dry pap. It’s not the first time KFC Ormonde has messed up my order. Hence I’ve decided to complain now coz it’s getting out of hand there now.
