KFC order system not effective.

Today 4 /3/23 , we were two who ordered two Nugget Platters. The staff member on orders could not speak English properly.We asked her to repeat we still could not understood what she said. We ordered Two Nugget Platters but only received one at collections,so one did not get food.Please KFC Laguna put a staff member at orders that can speak clear, and place the correct orders correct. We love KFC
