Kfc order paid no delivery call centre useless

First and last time i will order from kfc. Order was supposed to be 13.10pm Called the call centre they said they will call me vack. No call. 13.26 called again This woman said 13.35 with no remorse! 13.35pm still no order. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!
