KFC -- Order online -- pick up self but have to wait 20+

This KFC is probably one of the worst in PE - they are always out of stock, you go to drive through and get told to wait in front of shop they will bring order - this can take a good 15min. today I ordered on ubereats and decided to go and collect - and wow yet again I am waiting inside the shop for over 20min -- Well done KFC -- probably the slowest service there is.

I will make a point of coming to leave a review everytime - as last time it was Newton park KFC that we had to wait in front of shop after ordering in the drive through - why is there a drive through if they send you to go wait in parking ..... and this is not in times where it is busy.....

KFC is turning out to be a joke - the KFC in Circular drive the once we got there at just after 9pm they told us they are sold out of chicken ...... a KFC that does not have chicken --- what a joke ......

they better get better at this because with service like this crispy chicken will soon take there place .... or hungry lion .... so so sad that a house hold name like this is being flushed down the drain due to poor management
