Kfc order never delivered & but charged to my account.

I placed an order on the KFC app for delivery and never recieved my food. When i decided to drive to the branch to find out where my food is they said it already left the shop and had no means of finding out where the food is. I see this as theft from KFC side as i paid a premuim price for a product i never recieved. This is completely unacceptable as they are now passing the blame to order in. This should definitely not be tolerated and im about to take this to mass media aswell.
