KFC Order never delivered

I work from home, and then once a week from the Office in century City. When I work from the office I normally order KFC for lunch. On the 26 July 2022 I did the same, the sms came saying the guy is outside with my order. I went outside no delivery guy was there. I contacted the KFC support on number *** as to where the consultant said i gave the wrong address. I always give the correct address and in the NOTE i would reference another company using same address. I never received my money, nor a meal, nor an apology. I love KFC, I am deeply disappointed. The delivery guy normally contacts me, but this one never did.
