KFC ****** order

I ordered food online as usual. I get the delivery notification. 10 min later I get a notification from Skedadel saying they couldn't deliver my order. I went inri my WhatsApp and found a messsge from someone saying I should come fetch the order from the shop because he was told my phone is on voicemail. The Skedadel drivers is very ride and doesnt want to cooperate. He isnt answering any if my questions further and redued to deliver my order saying he was told my phone is on voicemail when he never called me nor did the "Company" as he claimed. His number is ***.

The order is from KFC Khayelitsha.

This is very ridiculous. And they are literally less than 5 min drive from me
