Kfc order

I placed an order on the kfc online on sunday my order was accepted and payment was made online after waiting for 30 minutes i received an sms that my order has been cancelled.since i waited for the money to ne reversed nothing has happened i e-mailed the customer service no respond. I am very unhappy about your services as its not the 1st time you cancel my order .
