KFC or its staff ripping customers off

I ordered a ALL IN ONE FEAST from the KFC New Road a moment ago and was short supp**** with the coleslaw and 2 mash & gravy. I confirmed the product with the person who handed me the KFC bag supposedly containing the order. This is not a slight oversight. Is KFC trying to rip its customers off or is the staff at KFC New Road just skimming product from its customers?
