KFC opposite phoenix plaza

Absolutely disgusting service from this store, you failed to give me what I ordered for, my mash and gravy is for my 1 year old and you bunch of fools don't even answer your phone to rectify the problem, your service is pathetic and hopeless, I rather drive further in future to get what I want as this is not acceptable!!!!
