KFC online what a shock if you in a hurry

Ordering KFC online and checking out as guest paying with card is a shock no one must ever experience, as I write this, I still do not have the order I placed nor got any assistance from the customer service call center nor the Store Manager at Long Street Cape Town store where I was meant to collect the order.

I placed the order and the system asked for my address and indicated the closest store for collection which is the Long Street to me. I then placed the order and no confirmation email. I did not eat for lunch and two hours later the store calls to say they have found the order. Shocking service to put it mildly but very disappointing
