KFC Online Terrible Service

I ordered online for delivery on the 28/01/2022 & 30/01/2022 both my orders were placed at around 19:00, which give them ample time to deliver the order , they cancelled both orders after they had processed the transaction from my bank account. Then they tell me it takes 7-14 working days to refund me , but it didn't take them 7-14 days when they processed the transaction from my account.
