kFC online system

Yesterday I ordered via the KFC online system when I checked my order it said delivered however I didn’t receive anything and the driver didn’t contact me so I called the customer care number ***I spoke to some guy he said he will send a voucher via my email after few minutes. So I waited called again a lady said as long as they sent the case number I will receive the voucher it’s been hours now still nothing
