KFC online specials very disappointing

They are running an online promo. I placed an orde when its time to pay the order dissapeared and I tried to write an email, it bounced back. To even call the 086 number on their App cant get through.

I had a bad feeling about these specials hence I took a screenshot before finalizing. Now the order and App wint allow me to anything. Why run a promo if you cant meet the demands. So frustrating especially when your kids ate looking forward to a meal.😭😭😭
