KFC ONLINE SERVICES IS A ****!!!

i am just here to warn everyone about the KFC online app!!! i tried to buy 3 buckets of KFC online and the order ddnt go through and money went off my account. it was the 4th of December 2020. i called their pathetic customer service the following day which was the 5th of December and they told me money will be reversed into my account within 24 hours, i waited for 24 hours with no luck. i called them again they requested me to give them my bank statement which i did. even to this day i havent received any communication from them or any refund.

Please even if your hungry never ever buy KFC Online its ****!! a huge ****!!!
