KFC online service

I am very much disappointed with the service from KFC. I placed an order at 18h00 online and it was delivered at 19h25. It is said that delivery is within 30 minutes. I had to follow up with the store and while they called the driver to actually come and bring my order. I would like to know how long I would have been waiting should I not have called. My food arrived cold, and I had to throw away the fries as they were rubber.
