Kfc online ****med me

I ordered kfc online on 10 September 2022 at 12:45. I was at the store at 1pm to collect my food, I paid online. There was no service in the store and I got no service. I waited 40 minutes and my lunch break was over and still I didn't get my food. I had to go next door and order food from nandos with much better service. What is the use of kfc online when we get no service after paying for the food. Kfc must pay my money back, their online service is a ****. I had to use more money at nandos after paying kfc, they stole my money but didn't give my food. I even pressed on their link saying I'm in the store.
