KFC ONLINE PURCHASE REFUND.

Im so fed up with KFC. I did an online pirchase on the 1.10.2023 but my order never came. I called the customer service and they to me that a manual reversal was done. They gave an authorizing code to give to my bank to release my funds but my bank said that there is no funds to be released since the funds was banked by KFC. I provided bank statements that shows that the money was deducted from my account and nothing was deposited back into it. Its a whole back and forth story between me, the bank and KFC. This is the worse service i got from ever from a fast food restaurant ever. I WILL NEVER BUY BY THEM AGAIN. BAD SERVICE EVER. I CAN GUARANTEE THAT NOTHING WILL COME FROM THIS COMPLAINT AND I WONT GET MY MONEY BACK.
