KFC ONLINE- PATHETIC SERVICE

I placed an order at 16:05 on the 26.06.2024, i waited for more than an hour, when i contacted the store i was told that i should contact the 086#

i was then told that there is no driver, i requested to be refunded was told that the money will only be refunded after 7 -14 days. Tried to explain that I used the last money so i need to be refunded immediately so i can order somewhere else, but no assistance was received.

I requested to speak to the manager with the hope that they could overide the system and refund me immediately but still i was not assisted.

i was on a call for more than 20minutes begging for my refund, why would KFC TAKE AN ORDER IF THERE IS NO AVAILABLE DRIVER.
