KFC ONLINE ORDERS

I ordered online, twice. First time it took my money and said check email to confirm order. Email never came and money was never returned. Figured there was a mistake and tried again thinking my money would be refunded. Again collected the money and no order was confirmed. Then they called 3 days later to confirm it will take 7 to 14 working days in order to go through the financial department in order to see if they can refund me. Worst online experience ever.
