KFC Online Ordering - Take your Payment online then cancels order

Stay away from KFC online ordering. Just place an order online for delivery. After nearly an hour someone from KFC Customer Care phones me to say the there is no driver so my order has been cancelled. I have already paid online, so I am told that I have to wait 7-14 working days for my money to be paid back to me. Do they think I just have money lying around? I am done with KFC - who do they think they are!!!!!!! Never agin KFC - done with you FOREVER!!!!!
