KFC online ordering and refund ********

Incident case number ***.

I made an oline order that was cancelled becuase of KFC's lack in ability to deliver my order. After a second attemt to get a refund for R508,28 KFC refunded me R50,82 and closed the case. This might seem incidental to someone, but this is how KFC gets you to eventually just give up.

Now KFC want me, to take a day off work, go to the bank, and prove that l only received 10% of the claimed amount. I am on the other hand 100% sure that KFC have the means to see that they only refunded a fraction of the amount due.

Previous refund of almost a year ago still not sorted out. KFC is a cheat and should be able to resolve issues like this, but they do not even respond to Hello Peter reviews
