KFC online order SUCKS - they ***** your money

KFC are ******. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!! They make you pay first online for delivery, then either don't deliver or have items missing in the order and NONE OF THE BRANCH NUMBERS WORK. Even the Call Center says they can't do anything!!! This is pathetic service and blatant *******. I've given them the benefit of the doubt, thinking its just the Branch at Robin Acres that sucks, but then ordered at a friends house and the Randpark Ridge branch is just as useless. So far, I've either not received food AT ALL or given less than what I ordered and paid for. This is called *****ing!!
