KFC Online order Refund

Ordered food online and the food was not delivered for some reason as the order did not go through according to them, asked for a refund and they said after 14 working days, It has been 14 working days now and they still have not refunded my money, when I call them they tell me they have refunded me and i should get in the car and go ask my bank as to why the money is not reflecting. Why is it taking so long to refund my money useless idiots.
