KFC online order... Do not use please...

This KFC online order is wack... It does not work at all. Ordered a meal for my family, placed items in the shopping cart, checked out and paid online. Money was deducted which is the 1st thing they make sure but my order was not confirmed. Went to the selected KFC near me, nothing was showing on their online orders. They called their headquarters as they said and was told that they don't see anything in their system. Took all my details to refund me. No money back received as yet. The workers there told me that customers are forever complaining about this online order system. What a inconvenience... So disappointing. I had to make another payment in-store to buy food for my family. Refrain from using KFC online order.
