KFC ONLINE ORDER AT DENLYN

I'm not sure if the problem is the online ordering or what, but honestly it wasn't the best experience for me. I ordered 9 pieces yesterday 26.01.2022 and when the delivery came they only packed 8 piece which is really unacceptable but I let it go. A while after my order was delivered my mom asked me to place another order for delivery since we were gonna have visitors I ordered an online exclusive meal which offered a free 1.5 liter coke zero. The order was delivered but guess what the coke was not delivered, the driver said he didn't know the order included a cold drink I'm really unhappy with what happened, I thought I'd be able to let it go but no the fact that all this happened in 1 day simply shows that we are not taken serious as customers and its really unacceptable.
