KFC ONLINE ORDER

I would like to thank the Team KFC online and KFC R101 of how professionally they handled my complain, they gave me courage that they do care about their customers. On the 16/08/2021 I ordered online but I wasn't happy with the service rendered and the pieces of chicken received. I was first contacted by the head office and they promised that I will be receiving a call from the store which they did immediately. The store manager Thabo and Mam Jabu both called me and I was happy with the level of professionalism received from both of them and I understand from the perspective of their explanation
