KFC Online Order
KFC app showed us a special of 6pcs for R0.00 . Their store in Motherwell does not want to honor my order and they claim its a System Error . They should take accountability and give us our orders and deal with their carelessness without involving us. Other KFC's are honoring their orders why then ?

18 Nov 2021, 08:35I had to again call their customer service department they just cannot handle their customers well , dropped call on my ear plenty of time no one wants to be accountable for their actions offered me a lousy R30 Voucher as token of apology .
