Kfc online issues

What was supposed to be a seamless and quick online order and pick up turned into a 45 minute waste of time. I ordered from kfc online as I have done many times before but firstly the verification timed out. Not my Internet connection because I was able to check my bank account etc at the same time. Went back in to place the order again and received message to say my previous order was placed. Went to kfc to collect and was told payment didn't go thru I have to pay there even though they had 2 orders for me. Then they had no chicken and I had to wait for another 20 minutes for chicken after the rest of my order had already been prepared. They offered to keep it warm while I waited for the chicken but when I got home the burger was soggy and salads all limp. What was supposed to be a quick online experience for food I had a craving for turned into a very dissatisfying and disappointing experience.
