Kfc online is useless

I am h********l with kfc online.I ordered online on the 15th may and wanted 1hr for my food and it was not delivered.When I called they told me they didn't receive my order n by that time I had already paid.Following day I called kfc they told to send my name,cell number,order,and banking details then they will refund in 7 to 14 days,which I wasn't satisfied with.Then today another transaction went through with the same amount then I called again only to taking frm pillar to post by the unprofessional staff.Then they wanted the same details that I had sent them.I emailed about 6 emails with the same info cause everyone I called the person will say I will sort it .Then they had the audacity to say they will give me R50 apology voucher,like hell.I told the to take it.Mind u I have bank charges already n by the time they will refund me all that money will go to the bank.What a disappointing service,nxaaaaaaaa
