Kfc online is the worst

I placed a order on Wednesday the 30th of June 2021 using their app and after a hour and a half they confirmed they couldn't deliver my food after my partner and I bought separately and got his food on time no hassles. I got in touch with the store they told me the driver will be leaving soon,which the driver never did I contacted customer care they were looking into the matter, they called back 20mins later saying they cannot deliver I wasn't upset or anything I then requested my refund I sent emails with the proof of purchase and all information about the order today is the 07 of July and still no response from them. What made me upset was on the 30/06 the customer care told me they will send the confirmation the next day but I'm still waiting. I then contacted them 05/07 and they requested the proof of purchase I sent it off and no response was given to me.
