KFC Online is just *********** and a mess!!

I ordered the KFC 9 pieces online promotion this afternoon at 12pm. It's 20:00 and they still haven't delivered my meat. They say the order is not reflecting but my bank showed me that their system collected my money. When I ask them to deliver my meat and handle their system issues themselves they are refusing saying I must wait 7 to 14 day for a refund. I used my last money to order food for my kids. Their system doesn't allow us to pay cash as that was the last cash I had and I had to go and deposit it into my account just so that the order can go through. Now I don't have the money to buy anything alternative for my kids and I also have not received the meat from them as they promised from their online system! kFC is just a ***** and an ****!
