KFC online is a no no

Worst decision I ever made to by food on the KFC platform, got to KFC store and my order wasn't even on the system, after they send me a sms and email, saying I must collect and pay at the store, we tired it again still didn't show up in the system, I'm typing this hungry and had to place my order at the til point, so disappointed
