KFC ONLINE IS A ****

I placed an online order from KFC Boksburg and when I went to collect my order was on the screen but was not prepared, and they claimed they have closed, at 9pm but the store online is said to close at 10pm. I sent numerous complaints and left my cellphone number but after a week there is no correspondence from KFC. No refund nothing. I mean, What the hell? I want my refund ASAP.
