KFC ONLINE - DONT TRUST THEM - No response via phone or email !

I ordered food via KFC online and someone from KFC phoned me and informed me that they did not have delivery personnel. My account was deducted with the ordered amount. I have phone the KFC customer care number numerous times and spoke to via support personnel with no resolve. I have sent a claim via email to KFC without any response. I have lost R309. Please dont use and trust KFC online to make orders.
