KFC Online disaster

I bought food via KFC app and paid online, after paying, I did not receive a reference number or order number, I tried calling KFC but I was told they can't see my order, I have to send them all my information then wait for 7-14 working days for the money to sent. I waited and waited but instead of getting my money, more money was debited from my account by KFC and I am being sent from pillar to post instead of being refunded
