KFC Online - Did not receive sms / email for online order - But money went off my account

I placed an order online - but did not received the sms / email notification. I called the store and they did not have my order on the system. Have reached out to KFC via Facebook Messenger and been chatting to someone who has stopped responding. The money went off my account KFC - Do the right thing and give me back my money.
