KFC online delivery is a LIE

The service is utterly disgusting. 90% of the time I order with KFC, there is an issue (Almost ALWAYS). Yesterday i placed an order, money was deducted but i received a message that my order could not be processed and my money would be refunded after a "few hours". It's now 25 hours and 30 minutes, 4 calles later. I received a voucher to replace my order, but i still receive the same issue. STILL NO MONEY BACK. One week they deliver, then next week my destination is not eligible for delivery. KFC, make up your mind!!!
