KFC ONLINE DELIVERY

I placed an order on the 25th November on the app and did an electronic payment. Till now i have not received my order. I called querying on the same day and numerous times after that. I was given vouchers to the value of 600 however they didn't work and said invalid vouchers. When querying they said they will get back to me and they haven't since. KFC is a **** Such a big company ******** a hard working person of 300. Even if they don't refund my money, let the vouchers work at least. I have phone call recordings of hoe they admit they in the wrong and they will help me but never get back to me. I even have a case number that means nothing as I'm not being assisted. Someone please help me
