KFC online

I made a online order at Haasendal KFC which allowed me to make the order and make payments for my meal. When I came to collect they told me that it's closed. I spoke to one of the supervisor Bara Yanago while the music was booming in the store. He said I have to come to the store the next day. Please advise me how to proceed? As I paid for the meal already online... I have tried numerous times to contact KFC customer care service and I have received any response besides for the Management at the store. He says I will on have my order by Tuesday next week
