KFC online

I ordered online from the kfc app, money was deducted from my account but order failed. Spoke to customer service and they state refunds takes 3 to 5 working days. Poor service from kfc how can you take money and fail to deliver. You have lost a customer. I will tell all the people I possibly can about your poor service.
