KFC Online, but no service in return

I am not happy with the KFC online purchase, I bought online transaction went through, order accepted, called the KFC customerC and was told money will be deposited in my account within 24hours since their online is giving them problem, fast forward spoke to Nomsa and she requested I send my bankstatement to *** I do not have time but really need the money to be transferred back to my account
