kfc online / boksburg jansen

Iam extremely dissapointed at the level of service i have received from kfc so i placed an order on the 15/9/2021 the order was never delivered i was then given 2 vouchers of which one is invalid again the 16/9/2021 I ordered online the food was never delivered i have been waiting for my refund since Thursday no one is even calling me instead iam there one who is doing the calling ....Can the voucher activated and can i get my refund today please
