KFC Online

I placed 2 online orders, money was deducted for both order, I called customer care line and spoke to Zoey as it was nearly 22:00 when the store closes, was put on hold for 6min and the phone cut, when I called back I could get contected as their working hours is between 08:00 and 22:00, so my money is deducted from my account, my airtime is gone and none of my orders are delivered, and Zoey never called me back. I have screen shots of my orders.
