KFC online bad service

Very much disgusted with the service I had received today and to top it all I did not get my order!

I made a order online to be delivered from the Gatesville KFC. Made communication more 5 times. My delivery was delaying to a point where they had to cancel. My money will take a few days to reflect back into my account which it’s something I did not want. I’m at the hospital, trusted kfc with my order and all they can say over the phone is “I’m sorry” I spoke to the customer care manager Nomfundo Hadebe. She want not helpful along with her team and Kfc’s 3rd party delivery service!
