KFC online apps USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!

During Lockdown i cannot order from a store down the road from me. They tell me to call the *** number but it doesn't exist. I try to use the app.. It doesn't work.... I try to order from Uber eats or mr delivery and guess what... They don't deliver to my area! I call in and speak to Thabo who advise me they do not assist within a 5km radius but it's just a little more then 2km away from me! I get told to call *** but they can only assist if I place my order 2houra in advance! All I want is some KFC but the contact center and online apps are useless!!!!!
