Kfc online app and poor delivery service

Ordered on the KFC app and did card payment. Got an sms notifying me that my food has been Collected from the store,5 mins later another sms saying food on the way. Driver sent an sms saying he is at the corner (3 mins away from my location) tried calling but member doesn’t go through, rep**** to the sms and still doesn’t go through. 2 mins later I got an sms saying food is delivered. Went back to the office to call customer service and spoke to lehlohonolo,he asked the store to give drivers number but apparently they forgot to take the drivers number 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️. He called Uber eats and unfortunately they won’t be able to give out drivers number as it’s their protocol to dispose food if driver doesn’t find customer. Refund will take place after 7-14 working days. I’m so livid with the incompetence of this restaurant!!!
