KFC ONLINE and Menlopark poor service and theft of costumer Money

CAS-789488-D7H9R3 Feedback YUM:*** I placed an order on the 26 of November 2021 online with KFC Menlopark which was cancelled from KFC side without any explanation. I requested a refund without any success to date. every time i phone KFC Customer care the come up with a new sh*t story why i am not refunded. this is unacceptable and seen as theft and will be taken further.
