KFC ONLINE A ****!!!

I ordered on the kfc online app, On the 22 March 2022 around 12H42am, at KFC NEW MARKET. They took my order and my money and i didnt receive the order. I have evidence of the transaction and receipt number which i reported to the kfc customer care only for it to fall on deaf ears with no reply from them. For such a well known fast food outlet, your service is damn pathetic and you guys are *******!!!!
